
Beth Cochran
Beth Cochran is the president of Wired PR, a strategic communications firm based in Phoenix. She specializes in helping organizations identify and interpret their unique stories to engage their consumers and convert them into passionate advocates.
For more than seven years, Beth has been developing effective communications programs that enable organizations to grow their market share, expand their brand recognition and fortify their reputation.
Prior to forming Wired PR, Beth worked for a boutique public relations agency in Phoenix where she focused on creating and implementing public relations strategies, copywriting, media relations, and developing content for marketing collateral. She also served as a reporter for the Arizona Republic and a transit news show in New York City.
Beth currently serves as the digital communications chair on the Board of Directors for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Phoenix chapter, and previously served on the Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) Board of Directors. She graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University’s Cronkite School with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Beth has received a Bronx Excellence in Television Access Award for Educational Programming, a Certificate of Special Merit in sports writing from The Association of Journalism and Mass Communication and The William Randolph Hearst Foundation, as well as The Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award for Online In-Depth Reporting.
